When you have completed a swap it is important that you rate the experience.

You can find the rating link next to the completed swapz listing in MY SWAPZ > Completed Swapz..

Please keep your ratings as accurate and truthful as possible as the other user always has the option to reply. It is only in extremely rare cases that feedback is changed or removed.

To reply to a rating go to MY ACCOUNT > Overview and at the top of the right hand section you will see a green link that says Swap History. When you click on this link you are taken to a new screen where you can reply to ratings left for you.

Withdrawing From A Swap

If for some reason a swap was never completed you can withdraw from the swap.

You can find the withdraw link next to the completed swapz listing in MY SWAPZ > Completed Swapz.

When you click on the withdraw link you will have the chance to leave a reason why the swap was withdrawn and your swapz listing will be automatically reactivated.

If it is an old listing that has been reactivated and you do not own the item any longer you may want to remove the reactivated listing. You can do this by clicking the delete link next to the listing in MY SWAPZ > Active Swapz.
